Privacy policy

Lollyloop is a puzzle game made by Antbrain ("we"). This policy explains what the game collects, why, and the choices you have. Questions: lollyloop@antbrain.co.

On your device

Your progress, stars, coins, settings and purchases are saved on your device. They aren't sent to us, except for the scores described below.

Your online profile

To show leaderboards and let you add friends, the game creates an online profile the first time it connects. It holds:

Your display name, stars and daily results are shown on the leaderboards to other players. The profile is stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare, in Western Europe. Like any web server, Cloudflare briefly keeps request logs (including IP addresses) for security and to keep the service running.

Advertising

The free version shows ads from Google AdMob. AdMob may collect your device's advertising identifier (only if you allow tracking when iOS asks), your approximate location from your IP address, and how you interact with ads, to show and measure ads. If you don't allow tracking, ads aren't personalised using your advertising identifier. You can change this at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and in the game under Profile → Privacy choices (tap your name on the map). Buying "Remove ads" turns off banner and between-level ads. See how Google uses information from apps that use its services.

Purchases and Game Center

In-app purchases are handled by Apple. We never see your payment details. If you use Game Center, your total stars are sent to Apple's Game Center leaderboard under Apple's own privacy policy.

What we don't do

Deleting your data

In the game, tap your name on the map to open your Profile, then Delete online profile (it's also on the Friends screen). Your profile, friends and scores are deleted from our servers straight away, and an Apple sign-in is revoked. Deleting the game removes everything saved on your device. You can also email us to ask for a copy or deletion of your data.

Children

Lollyloop isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you think a child has created a profile, email us and we'll delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
