Common questions

I bought something and don't have it.

Open the Shop and tap Restore purchases. Coin packs are added once; "Remove ads" and the starter pack come back on every device signed in to your Apple account.

How do I keep my progress on a new phone?

Sign in with Apple from the Friends screen. Your online profile, friends and scores follow you to any device you sign in on.

How do I add friends?

Open Friends and share your six-letter code, or type in a friend's code.

How do I delete my data?

Tap your name on the map, then Delete online profile. See the privacy policy for what that removes.

Can I turn off personalised ads?

Yes: tap your name on the map, then Privacy choices, or iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
